    Create an event

    Set a name, description, start and duration, from one hour up to four weeks. That's your event.

  2. Step 2

    Pick challenges

    Pick a ready-made set, put together your own or let the AI write one. Every guest gets one challenge from it at random.

    Invite guests

    Share the link or show the QR code. Guests start shooting in the browser right away, no account needed.

    Enjoy the photos

    After the event you see every picture at once and download them with a single tap.

Frequently asked questions.

Do my guests need the app?

No. Guests simply open the invite link or scan the QR code. The camera runs right in their phone's browser.

When can I see the photos?

As soon as the event is over. If you can't wait, switch to “Live” and see them while it's running. After the end you can download the photos for 14 days, then they are deleted.

Who sees the photos?

Only you, the host of the event. Guests are signed in anonymously and don't need an account.

How many photos are possible?

Every guest can upload up to 25 photos. How many there are per event in total is up to you: 25 to 250.

What do I need as a host?

The Gathery app for Android, or simply your browser at web.gathery.de. There you create events and challenge sets, share the invite and download all the photos at the end.
